Dr. Tran specializes in the field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with added fellowship training in Interventional Spine from Stanford University, where he was a Clinical Instructor. He was also an instructor for one of the top spine society, ISIS, International Spine Interventional Society.

He believes in treating the whole patient with the goal of reducing pain and increasing a person's level of functioning for work, leisure and activities of daily living.

Dr. Tran graduated medical school through a 6 year accelerated undergraduate and graduate program at Thomas Jefferson Medical College, and obtained his M.D. degree at age 24. He then completed his residency at the prestigious UCLA Medical School, followed by a fellowship at Stanford University Medical Center.

He is an active member of NASS, North American Spine Society, ISIS, International Spine Intervention Society, ASIPP, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and American Board of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation.

In his spare time, he enjoys an active lifestyle with his fiancee, playing tennis, biking, skiing, running, weight training and traveling.
